I’m going to break the news stories and weekly reviews into two posts so first up on iPadTabletPCReview.com we have the key tablet PC reviews that were posted this week. The weekly news round up will follow at the weekend.
The first post this week looks at a Wired overview of e-readers and Tablet PCs already on the market with their good and bad points. The article is very e-reader centric and missing some of the key tablet PCs already out there. I don’t think you can even start to compare the Apple iPhone to an e-reader or tablet PC either. However its still a good overview and you can click thought to some great reviews of each device as follows:
Tablet PCs also reviewed this week:
Hanvon Touchpad BC10C – Check out: “Hanvon’s multitouch tablet previewed, surfaces in China March 25th with 1080p playback” - www.engadget.com
The device looks fantastic with an excellent spec although very pricey. However the flip side an extremely power hungry processor leading to just 3.5 hours of battery life. You can’t really call it a mobile device if it’s going to die on you that quickly without a recharge.
That’s it for this week, let me know if you’ve spotted any other reviews or leave comments on this post.
